The industry's smallest 40Gbit/s BERT set consists of the Yokogawa AP9950 Pulse Pattern Generator and the Yokogawa AP9951 Error Detector. The units can function independently or jointly as a complete BERT set testing device system operating from 39.5Gbit/s to 43.5Gbit/s.
