Implantation of a H-Class sensor in a gantry CMM machine . The target of the costumer was double:
- Reduce the mechanized times making a previous analysis of the variants of the founding of dies versus CAD.
- Optimize the measurement times of dies and pieces.
Both objectives go directed to the global optimization of the dies manufacture process. The reduction of the process lead-time and the improvement in the final quality of the product are the pursued goals. |
