COCKTAIL FILLER
Illustrated above is a typical five bowl volumetric cocktail filler. The open frame design allows for easy cleaning and quick adjustments. The principles involved in its construction have the
inherent flexibility to make two, three and four bowl designs possible.
A variety of bowls to suit different products and different fill volumes are available. Each bowl is normally fitted with a no can no fill device to prevent loss of product when a break in the can supply takes place. Bowls can be adjusted for volume over approximately a two to one range by means of a simple adjusting mechanism. This can be further extended if necessary by the fitting of inserts into the bowl pockets, thus engineering the filler for more than one can size. Bowls are also fitted with ploughs and brushes to help maintain an even fill and the brushes can be motorized if necessary.
To make a presentation we require the following information:
Products to be filled and the sequence in which filling must take place.
Allowable minimum and maximum volumes in c.c. for each product and can size.
Can size or sizes required.
Maximum can speed.
