The H&O model AC bar has been designed to meet the most arduous of static elimination problems, including those encountered in high speed applications. They are designed for the neutralisation of the harmful static charges at the frequencies of 50-60Hz using 7,5 kV. The powerful performance of the bar provides very fast decay times and effective ionisation between the distances of 40mm and 150mm. It is shockless and is easily maintained. An air channel with compressor is mounted, thus it provides a wide-range of ionisation. H&O Antistatic Bars generate an electric field that causes the air molecules to break down – into positive and negative ions. When a charged material passes through the bar, it will attract ions until the charge on the material is neutralised.
