    Valve gate systems offer injection molders the optimal performance when using hot runner molds, yet the vast majority of hot runner systems sold are thermally operated. Generally the reason for the selection of thermal gate vs valve gate operation is purely cost. INCOE® now offers a solution that offers the advantage of predictable consistent gate opening found in valve gates at a price nearer to that of a comparable thermal gate system. Control Gates can also achieve the cycle saving advantage over thermally operated systems and can be used to eliminate drool when using a vertical injection molding machine in the same way as a more expensive fully operated valve gate system. When optimal gate performance or sequential operation is the outstanding criteria; a full Valve Gate system is still necessary. However, when the selection is mainly focused on the operation of predictable gate opening/closing the Control Gate offers our customers the opportunity of substantial savings. >>>

    BREATHER-DRAIN PLUGS EEXE - TYPE CV WASHER ACCESSORIES
    Raxton Breather-Drain Plugs effectively drain any moisture present within an enclosure whilst allowing air in the enclosure to breathe with the surrounding atmosphere, thereby minimising moisture build up within the enclosure. The Breather-Drain Plug is fastened by means of an allen key and fitted at the lowest point of the enclosure. This product can also be used solely as a Breather plug. As a breather it can be installed either to the side or the bottom of the enclosure only. It must not be installed on the top of the enclosure as this will invalidate the IP rating. It can be fitted ; A) into a chamfered plain hole using a serrated washer and locknut or a castellated locknut on the inside of the enclosure. B) directly into a threaded entry provided that, if the thread protrudes into the enclosure, the drainage hole is visible. Otherwise it is recommended red fibre washers are fitted on the outside of the enclosure under the head of the Breather-Drain Plug. The Breather-Drain Plug is fitted with an O ring as standard ensuring that the IP integrity of the installation is maintained. Tested to IP66 The product is low maintenance and should be examined during routine checking to remove dust and debris. The filter can be blown through by inserting an allen key into the socket and using compressed air to blow into each drainage hole. The components are available with entry thread sizes from M20 to M32 or equivalent sizes in alternative thread forms.
