At the output of the electronic encoders 2x32 rectangular impulses per output and rotation are at the user’s disposal. The 90° dephased outputs enable the control system to recognize the direction. Due to the magnetic indexing and the high-grade double bearing the handwheel is almost completely wear resitant (IP 65). This simple, low cost controller bypasses the ignition switch when activated by the closure of a momentary switch. The operator may then remove the ignition key without the engine stopping. Movement of the vehicle is prohibited by the foot brake, a neutral safety switch on the gearshift or a parking brake operated switch. Operating any one of these will cause the relay in the Safety Lock to drop out and interrupt the ignition circuit to stop the engine. The authorized operator need only insert the key and turn on the ignition to operate the vehicle. With the key in the lock and turned on, the ignition circuit is completed as normal and the opening of the Safety Lock relay has no effect on engine operation. >>>

With JSNY9 one can lock a gate to prevent access to machines. JSNY9 is supplied in two basic versions, either with a spring lock (JSNY9S) or with a magnetic lock (JSNY9M) .The JSNY9S (spring lock) switch operates immediately when the gate/hatch is closed, i.e. when the key actuator is inserted into the locking mechanism. The gate/hatch can be opened and the actuator key released only by supplying the operational voltage to the solenoid connections (E1 E2). JSNY8 is supplied in two basic versions, either with a spring lock (JSNY8S) or a magnetic lock (JSNY8M).In the spring lock (JSNY8S) version, the locking mechanism moves into the locked position directly when the door is closed and the actuator key is pushed into the lock. The actuator key can only be released and the gate opened by supplying operational voltage to the solenoid.In the magnetic lock (JSNY8M) version, the locking mechanismis only in the locked position when the solenoid (E1-E2) is supplied with operating voltage. Release of the actuator key is only possible when the operating voltage is removed from the solenoid. >>>
