AQUACLEAN 900 ™ is a concentrated powder-form detergent designed to be dissolved in aqueous cleaning systems. It has demonstrated its ability to remove a variety of materials and is outstanding removing particles and flux from PWB. Generally, the cleaning agent is used in heated and agitated cleaning systems such as a heated ultrasonic unit.
AQUACLEAN 900™ is safe for a wide range of metals including those used in manufacturing sensitive devices. Where necessary, corrosion inhibitors may be added for extreme protection.
Aquaclean 900™ works well as a debonding and dewaxing agent and will debond, dewax and clean substrates that have been temporarily bonded with various temporary adhesives and bonding agents.

Suitable for vertical transportation between floors of standard cafeteria trays or hospital trays. Can be supplied to accept Warwick trays.
Will interface with other Trak conveyors for both infeed and outfeed.
The main fabricated conveyor forms a fully watertight trough and is manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel and appropriate corrosion resisting steels.
Trays or ware are transported on an endless chain of high strength 255mm wide, easy to clean nylon slats with proprietary quick release design allowing for removal and replacement by unskilled staff.
Height and configuration is variable to suit specific site conditions and operational requirements.
The conveyor moves at 7000mm/minute driven by a helical geared motor.
Product detection devices using remote sensors and retro reflective switches will be incorporated together with emergency stop and operator stop/start controls as required.
Electrical supply to be 415v TPNE. All control circuits operate on 24v dc.
The enclosure containing the conveyor control system is normally mounted within the motor drive cabinet. Enclosure withdraws on runners giving easy access for service and maintenance.
When the conveyor is provided as part of a major system the controls may be housed in a separate remotely mounted stainless steel enclosure.
TrakActive information display system can be fitted to conveyor control panel.
