The K single bolt interlock is designed for switchgear and valve interlocking applications. The unit comprises a heavy-duty lock body, lock centre and locking bolt.
Under normal operating conditions, the key is free and the bolt extended to lock or release a cam or lever associated with the safe operation of switchgear isolators or valve assemblies. Inserting and turning the key retracts the bolt, thereby releasing the cam and trapping the key. An additional lock can be fitted to secure the cam in the closed position. |
