Its stretched rectangle design saves valuable floor space. Its simple and robust construction, with nearly no maintenance, offers a price effective solution for all kinds of buffer, cooling, curing and offline accumulation processes. The FP-series (Food Processing) has special features for food cooling purposes. Suitable applications like bread cooling, cooling of ready meals, buffering of food products to cure or in line with pasteurisation. Optional cleaning in place systems can be applied as well as a wash down version. The Alpine is designed around two end stations and straight sections. The belt is a snap on table top principle with durable Poly Acetal slats. The belt travels its way up or down around these straights and turns driven by one of the end stations. Moreover, it is completed by the strengthened production of special conveyors, that are projected and built on customer's request. All conveyors are built with extruded anodized natural Aluminium profiles and accessories by ARI metal. The belt conveyor runs on a stainless steel plate 15/10. The rollers are made of extruded Aluminium tubes, while the hubs are made of galvanized steel and are assembled with screws and turned in tailstock for a proper alignment of the bearings. On request, they are supplied with gearmotor and motovariator with endless screw transmission.
