Systems incorporate advanced tray handling, robotics, conveyorization, parts transfer and material handling equipment as needed to meet specific job requirements. Key Features Provides unattended palletizing, depalletizing or programmable matrix tray loading and unloading at high line speeds Protects the

quality of components, subassemblies or final products High-speed matrix tray loading and unloading integrated with automatic stacking and handling of full and empty trays Vision and part sorting capabilities. Bodine consults with you to ensure optimized tray design at the outset of the automation program. Tray Handling: from Manual to Fully Automatic Manual Tray Change: Single Tray Station Manual Tray Change: Dual Tray Positions: loading or unloading alternates between two positions, allowing a completed tray to be manually removed while another is being loaded or unloaded Automatic Tray Change: Empty and full trays are indexed to and from the load or unload station and queued by powered conveyor Automatic Tray Stacking/Destacking: Trays can be automatically stacked and destacked with trays released at either the bottom or the top; queues of stacked trays can also be handled via powered conveyor.
