    Guyson Corporation has developed a series of height adjustable blast cabinets for manufacturers having multiple users engaged in manual blasting operations. The Model 6-AH is suitable for a wide variety of blast cleaning, finishing and surface preparation tasks. One of the most common causes of fatigue and discomfort in cabinet blasting is equipment that makes the operator hunch over or stand on tiptoes to use it and to clearly see the work. The cantilevered design of the Model 6-AH and a motorized jackscrew in its rigidly welded frame enables each user to quickly and easily adjust the entire blast enclosure up or down with the turn of a switch. The interior of the mid-sized Model 6-AH cabinet is 42 inches wide and 30 inches deep, with working height at the rear of the blast chamber of 36 inches (106 cm x 76 cm x 91 cm). A full width front door and slam-shut side door are fitted with vacuum return media catch trays. A second front door is hinged at the top to allow full access for loading awkward components or heavy objects that might require a crane or hoist. The heavy base of the cabinet has fork lift channels to facilitate relocation. Guyson offers several armhole and glove options, including extra large openings and padded arm rests. The standard incandescent cabinet lighting can be upgraded to a front mounted fluorescent lamp that brilliantly illuminates the blasting chamber. A multi-adjustable mounting bracket for the blast gun is standard, so the operator can choose two-handed manipulation of small components or hold the gun. Optionally available for the Model 6-AH is a removable 24 inch diameter Lazy Susan turntable that enables safe and convenient blasting access when working with heavy components. For harsh grit blasting operations, the cabinet can be supplied with the interior walls, doors and turntable fully lined with rubber, and the tempered safety glass view window is protected by a square-cut inner abrasion window gasketed in a quick-change frame. The Model 6-AH is available as a suction-blast system or with direct pressure media delivery. >>>

The customised cell seen here was designed, developed and installed for a leading European hydraulic manufacturer. It produces over 120 hydraulic sectional valves every hour with bore geometry better than 1.0-micron. The cell consists of PE1510 bore finishing machine, pre-gauge station to check under size bores, pre & post brushing stations, Staubli robot for loading and unloading of valves to and from the machine, dual lane conveyor system, programmable air measuring station to check bore size and roundness in infinite positions, oil evacuation system, filtration system and specially developed hydraulic clamping to distort the bore during bore finishing. The customised cell seen here was designed, developed and manufactured for another leading European manufacturer. The cell consists of 2-off PE1540 4-axis honing machines, an assembly station with torque tightening tooling and a wash machine.     Magnetic vibrators are suitable as drives for vibration conveying conduits and pipes, vibrating filters, water-removal equipment, worm conveyors and vibrating tables. As impact vibrators for silos, bunkers, deflection grills, downspouts, chutes, filters and filling plants, they provide for a smooth material flow. Whether in the case of bunker settlement, draining, screening, dedusting or protection filter, whether with extraction of large volume quantities or in case of special tasks within process engineering, such as e.g. blocking, dosing, feeding, cooling, warming and drying, AViTEQ magnetic vibrators reliably perform their work in every case. The drive includes the elements for vibration generation, such as electromagnet and leaf spring package. The vibration generated by the excitation current on the driving side is transmitted directly to the working device (e.g. filter, conduit or pipe). Directed, linear vibration movements of the working device are generated. The vibration direction in this case always runs at a pre-determined "vibration angle" to the horizontal. The "vibration amplitude" corresponds in this case to the double amplitude of the overall system. Magnetic vibrators are continuously controllable using the drive voltage. They immediately achieve full conveying capacity, and thus interference effects from run-up and run-down of motor drives are dispensed with. This is especially important in case of dosing and feeding or for process-technical applications. Magnetic vibrators enable the continuous adjustment of the conveying rate in on-going operation. They achieve full conveying capacity immediately after turning on. The shutdown is implemented in fractions of a second and stops the conveying rate immediately. Drive selection The size of the introduced force, the operating frequency and the mass of the equipment onto which the magnetic vibrator is securely bolted, determine the size of the vibration amplitude (double amplitude). The vibration amplitude defines the maximum height of the microthrow and thus the theoretically possible conveying speed. The actual conveying rate is basically influenced by the conveying cross-section, the settled-material density and the conveyability of the bulk material. You can find the vibration amplitude for all AViTEQmagnetic vibrators, depending on the effective weights, in our reference pamphlet. In this way, you can rapidly find the optimum drive. The vibration amplitude is limited in practice, on the one hand, by the acceleration which the working device can withstand (service life) and, on the other hand, by the conveyed material standstill in case of acceleration that is at too low a level. With vibration amplitudes of max. 0.2 to 4 mm and vibration and operating frequencies of 100, 50, 33 and 25 Hz (with 50 Hz power supply), as well as 120, 60, 30 Hz (with 60 Hz power supply), AViTEQmagnetic vibrators can move devices up to 1800 kg dead weight. AViTEQmagnetic vibrators are available as a standard type for mains voltages of 230 or 400 V, for 50 Hz or 60 Hz power systems.
