Suitable forms of feedstuff: Mealy feed, pellets of any diameter, crumbles, expanded products, extruded products. The main part of the system is a rotation nozzle permitting finest spraying of liquids. The special distribution of the solid matter flow by means of delay and turning elements guarantees an all-round spraying of the product. Glass-lined columns are utilised in plant, for various operations such as distillation, rectification, reactions, absorption, extraction, scrubbing etc. Design data Design pressure: To Client's specification. Design temperature: -25 to +200 °C Design and calculation codes VSR/ISPESL, AD-MerkbIätter/TÜV, SVTI, ASME VIll div.1, BS 5500, CODAP/DRIRE, Stoomwezen, SA or CE stamp (PED). Construction tolerances To DIN 28007 Part 2. Tighter tolerances can be provided on request. Constructional features Columns are custom-designed for each plant. They are made up of a number of sections connected together with loose backing flanges up to a diameter of 350 mm and by clamps for larger diameters. The maximum length of each section, as shown in the table depends on the nominal diameter of the column. The sections can be supplied with jacket for heating or cooling. >>>
