SVP370 SCANNING VIBRATING ELECTRODE SYSTEM

SVP370 SCANNING VIBRATING ELECTRODE SYSTEM

Electrode Technique (SVET) operates with a non-intrusive scanning, vibrating probe measuring and mapping the electric field generated in a plane above the surface of an electrochemically active sample. This enables the user to map and quantify local electrochemical and corrosion events in real time. The SVP370 vibrating probe system provides you with increased electrical sensitivity as well as enhanced system stability. Localised corrosion events of less than 5µA/cm2 can be measured with this extremely sensitive technique. The probe vibration is controlled by a piezoceramic displacement device allowing vibration amplitudes from 1-30 µm (perpendicular to the sample surface). It is an ac technique, thus, high system sensitivity is achieved via a differential electrometer in conjunction with an integrated lock-in amplifier. All system parameters, including the xyz scanning mechanism, piezo actuator, and lock-in amplifier are controlled via a PC under the user friendly Windows™ operating system. >>>

FG/BA BALL PROBE

FG/BA BALL PROBE

FG/BA Ball Probes Two fundamental criteria for a good test are repeatability and resolution for comparision between results. In many cases, where sample hardness/softness is required, a ball probe can provide both repeatability and resolution. The principle of the ball probe is that uniform compression force is distributed at a normal angle to the surface area of the ball. This gives an averaging effect over the local area being tested Capacity 50.9 kgf, 500 N, 112.5 lbf Packaging Ball probe - ball diameter must be specified. Applications Ball probes are invaluable for performing a wide variety of texture analysis tests. They are used in many applications where specimen hardness or softness is required. They are ideal for testing fruit, vegetables and confectionery products. For specimens where the application requires the product to flow, for example cream cheese being squeezed from a tube, gels, pastes etc., it is possible to contain a sample in a container and penetrate the sample with the ball probe. >>>

PH METER CRIUS 100

PH METER CRIUS 100

PH meters are one of the most common analysers in use today on water treatment and process plants and yet online pH meters cause continual problems for their operators. What is needed is a reliable, self-cleaning, self-calibrating pH meter for a reasonable cost. That is exactly what you get with the CRIUS 100 and CRIUS 100+ process pH analysers. The pH sensor at the heart of the Process Instruments online pH meter is a K-series polymer filled glass electrode. This pH electrode is far superior to many pH electrodes on the market and is designed for a long life, low drift and reliability. Unlike many pH analysers, you don't need to search through hundreds of pH electrodes to find one that works in your process as the K-series electrode works in all environments from pH 2 to 12 and in conductivity from 0µs to 10,000µs. >>>

MEASUREMENT SYSTEM SG32

MEASUREMENT SYSTEM SG32

The SG32 is a down-scaled version of the SG64, with 31 probes and a 1.5 meter internal probe array diameter. Its compact dimensions make it perfect for office buildings and labs where ceiling height is limited. The SG32 can also be configured for OTA performance testing. Even if the diameter of the SG32 probe array is too small to be CTIA certified, the total measurement uncertainties for both TRP and TIS are still within CTIA specifications. >>>

MEASUREMENT SYSTEM SG64

MEASUREMENT SYSTEM SG64

The SG64 is the standard test solution for antenna design and validation in the cellular and wireless industries. Combined with the SatAct interface, SG64 is compliant with CTIA requirements for Over The Air (OTA) Performance Testing. Several SG64 systems have been CTIA certified. SG64 offers unrivaled testing capacity, far beyond other test systems on the market. It measures full 3D far field radiation patterns and antenna efficiency in just a few minutes, without compromising accuracy. SG64 is available in two standard sizes, with 3.2 meter and 2.4 meter diameters. The 2.4 meter version offers the same capability as the larger version with the exception that it cannot measure the largest antennas. The advantage of the smaller SG64 is that it requires less height in the parent building, see specifications for anechoic chamber dimensions. >>>

MEASUREMENT SYSTEM STARLAB

MEASUREMENT SYSTEM STARLAB

StarLab is the ultimate tool for antenna pattern measurements in labs and production environments where space is limited, cost is critical, and the flexibility of a movable test system is required. With its array of 15 probes, StarLab offers high measurement speed combined with a low-reflectivity measurement geometry for accurate results. StarLab is mounted on wheels, and it is compact enough to go through a standard double door. If needed, one of the two cylinders of absorbers can be removed, allowing it to pass through a standard single door. StarLab is based on SATIMO’s patented probe array technology. Instead of using mechanical scanning of one single probe for radiation measurements, StarLab uses electronic scanning of an array of 15 probes. The only mechanical movement needed to perform a full sphere measurement is a 180° azimuth rotation of the DUT. This means that full 3D radiation pattern measurements can be performed very rapidly compared to conventional single-probe systems. Passive mode measurements of antennas are performed by interfacing the StarLab to a network analyzer. In passive mode, StarLab provides radiation pattern data in any polarization, linear or circular, as well as antenna efficiency. Active mode measurements, commonly referred to as OTA Performance Testing, of mobile phones and other cellular terminals can be performed with the SatAct option. In this mode, StarLab is connected to a radio communications tester. The communications tester sets up a phone call through the StarLab probe array, enabling measurements of radiated Tx power (EIRP) and Rx sensitivity (EIS) over the entire spherical measurement surface surrounding the mobile phone. >>>

MEASUREMENT SYSTEM STARLAB 18 GHZ

MEASUREMENT SYSTEM STARLAB 18 GHZ

Benefiting from the same speed advantage as the basic StarLab but with its upper frequency range extended to 18GHz, StarLab 18GHz is the first step into the future of SATIMO’s higher frequency product offerings. Compared to the standard StarLab, StarLab 18GHz has an additional set of high frequency probes, covering 6-18GHz. These probes are interleaved with the normal 0.8-6.0GHz probes, providing 800MHz to 18GHz of combined frequency range. In the frequency band 0.8-6.0GHz the same specifications of the standard StarLab apply. >>>
