The instrument combines uncompromised performance with versatility and accuracy, and continues to position ATS RheoSystems and REOLOGICA Instruments as the world leader of rheometers for the serious rheologist. DYNALYSER performs steady shear, transient, and dynamic oscillatory measurements using parallel plate, cone and plate, couette, rectangular torsion, dynamic tension, and other fixtures. RheoExplorer, the rheometer's true 32 bit, multi-tasking software is based on the Windows XP operating system, and provides a convenient platform for instrument operation, data anlysis, and system networking. For precise control of sample temperature, DYNALYSER offers an environmental control system with a novel, indirect heated and cooled oven. The oven has a heating element with a circulation airflow for a wide temperature range (-180°C to 550°C) and maximum temperature stability. The oven is designed for testing polymer melts, solid, and fluid materials.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL - CS4-01 HUMIDISTAT
The cs4 humidifier operates in accordance with the evaporation principle which is proven to be one of the best methods for humidification in museums, libraries and art galleries. This particular
procedure ensures that calcium deposits or water precipitation do not form, thereby, effectively protecting works of art and furnishings.
The humidifier is electronically controlled with a ch1 humidistat, a dual device that has an additional power switching unit (optional) for control of both a humidifier and de-humidifier, keeping the humidity at the required level.
Operating on normal or purified tap water the unit, unlike many other humidifier brands, has a removable water reservoir, thus avoiding the necessity to bring open water containers to the humidifier. The reservoir can be filled away from the humidifier and returned and inserted without the risk of spillage.
The housing is made of strong, durable plastic, designed to be anti static, resistant to acid and alkali, corrosion-proof and dimensionally stable. Its elegant design ensures it blends discreetly into any surroundings and cleaning poses no problems as the relevant assemblies can be removed from the unit without the use of tools.
Safety features have been specifically addressed as far as design is concerned, with a screen guard that protects all moving parts, such as the blower assembly and, once the supply of water has been used, the humidifier turns itself off automatically.

MEASURE VISCOSISTY: AUTOSAMPLER
The Viscotek Model 1223 Autosampler is specifically designed to meet the needs of dilute solution viscosity measurement. It mates seamlessly with the Viscotek Relative Viscometer to provide
automated sample delivery, which frees the operator from the tedious task of manual injection and allows processing of samples in a batch mode. Automation of the sample delivery process also increases sample throughput, efficiency and productivity while enhancing operator safety.
The Model 1223 is an X/Y/Z autosampler with a stationary rack design that provides superior accuracy and reproducibility. It is controlled by the Viscotek ARV software, which also controls data acquisition and processing from the Relative Viscometer. Communication is accomplished via RS-232 or GSIOC.
The autosampler is capable of handling 40 or 20 ml vials and meets all applicable safety and EMC certification standards, including UL and CE. When mated with the Viscotek Semi-Automated Sample Prep (SASP™) station and software, the autosampler provides significant automation of both the sample preparation and delivery tasks.
