Description
The AMIS-40616 is a full-featured local interconnect network (LIN) transceiver designed to interface between a LIN protocol and physical bus. The transceiver is implemented in AMI Semiconductor's SmartPower, high-voltage mixed-signal 0.35µm CMOS technology enabling both high-voltage analog circuitry and digital funcationality to co-exist on the same chip.
