The b maXX-drivePLC module makes the drive intelligent. This in-drive control intelligence allows very fast access to the setpoints and actual values of the drive controller. Hence, the functionality of the drive can be enhanced with complex motion, control and technology functions. This ensures that the application can be created quickly and economically
The CAN option module serves as a CANopen master for b maXX-drivePLC. Up to 65,536 digital I/O points can be connected with this module. With the existing EtherCAT master and the CANsync master, sophisticated and highly synchronous motion sequences can be controlled directly on the b maXX-drivePLC.
The comprehensive product range includes decentralized analog and digital I/O modules.
The program memory of the b maXX-drivePLC
is sufficient for 120,000 lines of STL. 2 MB RAM is available for variables. The optional, nonvolatile 56 kb memory requires no battery and features a NOVRAM buffer. This guarantees that sufficient code memory is available. Cost-intensive memory
expansions are not necessary.
Thanks to the battery-free NOVRAM, the data is available maintenance-free and without data loss after each switching off/on operation.

PLC and drive are synchronous
The in-drive PLC can have synchronized access to all setpoints and actual values of the drive controller via the parallel bus. Hence, time-consuming communications programs do not have to be created. The signal transit times are reduced to a minimum. This greatly enhances process security and also increases the availability of the system.

TWO SPEED DRIVES
The Two-Speed Drive consists of a clutch and a brake, including an integral slow speed inching drive, mounted on the accessory end of a motor. This drive is normally used as a brake motor where
inching, or jogging, is required, a feature which is very useful for set-up, high speed/feed speed/retract, positioning, or inching out of a jam. They are available in 3 different models, In-Line, C-Flow, And TSDrII, ranging from 1- 1/2 up to 30 horsepower.
The operation of the Two-Speed Drive Type II centers around the bearing mounted four lug shaft with attached worm gear. The multiple disc stack carried by the four lugs controls the interface between the high speed, low speed, braking and torque limiting operations of the drive.
The multiple disc stack is enhanced by Force Control's unique oil recirculation feature. This increases the capacity of the multiple stack to dissipate heat, which enhances the life and reliability of the drive.

They are easily mounted in any direction and include a combination flange/shaft output.
Right Angle - Dial Output (RAD)
IMC Right Angle Dial (RAD) Series Indexers combine excellent accuracy with superior load capacity. They offer a lower profile than the RA Series and a large flanged output. A center through-hole is included in the output for pneumatic and electrical lines. Opposing tapered roller bearings and an oversized bearing under the output flange enable RAD Series Indexers to handle larger loads, making them ideal for conveyor-type applications and heavy-duty applications.

RING INDEX DRIVES
The Ring Index Drive is a barrel-cam type indexer with a very large center thru hole. The thru-hole can accommodate a variety of automated machinery and equipment. Locating equipment in the center
thru-hole frees up the outer periphery of the automated machinery for operator accessibility and additional auxiliary equipment. The Ring Drives also allow machine builders to have a larger number of workstations for assembly of more complex products.
The Ring Drive is available in two sizes - the 1100RNG with a 1-meter nominal diameter and the 1550RNG with a 1.5-meter nominal diameter.
